Male quick disconnect for 22–18 AWG stranded copper wire with a 0.250" tab. Its nylon insulation resists cracking, abrasion and vibration better than vinyl and holds up to oil and fuel. Rated 600V, -40°C to 105°C. Made in USA.

Use it for: low-current leads to sensors, LEDs, relays, switches and small appliance controls in engine bays, equipment and control panels where vibration and fluids are a concern. 0.250" is the most common tab size — used on switches, relays, speakers, appliances and automotive components.

Getting the right size: match the barrel to the wire gauge and the tab to the receptacle it plugs into. It mates with a 0.250" female disconnect, such as our Nylon Female Disconnect 22-18GA 0.250". Other wire gauges: 16–14 AWG · 12–10 AWG. Other tab sizes: 0.187".
