30-day no questions asked return policy. Electrical Supply Center is not liable for return shipping charges. Any returns made after 30 days from receipt may not be eligible for a return. Product must be unused. No partial returns available (e.i. no returns of half a pack of 100 pieces).

Shipments most commonly ship via UPS Ground. USPS Ground will occasionally be used for smaller shipments. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Our credit card processor will not accept a charge below $0.50. Otherwise we would have no minimum. Still, we think a fifty cent minimum is pretty cool.
The majority of Electrical Supply Center products are packaged in bulk quantities. However there are some products that can be ordered individually and are packaged one to a bag. No retail packaging or special labeling is available.
