FAQ

What is the difference between a spade and a ring terminal?

A spade (fork) slides under a screw head without removing the screw. A ring terminal must go over the stud, so it cannot slip off if the screw loosens.

Are spade terminals waterproof?

Only the heat shrink versions, which have an adhesive-lined sleeve that seals when heated.

What do the colors mean?

Red is 22-18 AWG, blue is 16-14 AWG and yellow is 12-10 AWG.
