Split bolt connectors splice or tap two conductors with one bolt. High-strength copper alloy, most with tin plating, in sizes from 16-10 AWG up to 6-2/0 AWG.

Pick a split bolt whose range covers both conductors. Tighten to the torque on the listing, then insulate the splice. Copper-to-copper connections are the listed use; check each listing before using one on aluminum.
