Non-insulated female quick disconnect for 22–18 AWG wire, made from nickel-plated steel for connections that run too hot for standard terminals — up to 900°F. Made in USA.
Use it for: light-gauge leads on heating elements, thermostats, limit switches, temperature sensors and control wiring in ovens, furnaces, kilns and commercial kitchen equipment, where vinyl- or nylon-insulated terminals would melt. It mates with any 0.250" male tab.
Choose something else if: the connection runs at normal temperatures — a Nylon Female Disconnect 22-18GA conducts better and costs less. For 16–14 AWG wire, use the High Temp Female Disconnect 16-14GA. Because this terminal has no insulation, add high-temperature sleeving wherever it could touch other metal.
Priced per piece — order any quantity. See all high-temperature terminals.
• Ovens & Furnaces - Terminate control wiring, heating element connections, and temperature sensors in commercial ovens, kilns, and industrial furnaces operating at extreme temperatures
• Commercial Kitchen Equipment - Connect heating elements, thermostats, and control circuits in industrial ovens, grills, fryers, and pizza ovens where high heat is constant.
